Please keep that in mind when you read the following critique of my experience with your company recently in the repair/maintenance of my garage doors. When I called I was greeted on the phone by someone that sounded professional and very friendly. When I asked for a late afternoon appointment I was given several choices which met my needs. When I asked for a return call to confirm the appointment I received one on my home phone and my work phone When the repair person was on the way he called ahead to let me know how far away he was and when he would be at my home. When he arrived in the time frame he indicated he would he introduced himself and was very personable and professional. He worked diligently to make the repairs and pointed out the problems in advance that would need replacing/repairing. He went over the invoice with me and advised of the warranties I was getting with the new parts and labor. Before leaving he made sure he left my garage in the condition he found it. The bill I felt was very fair. Overall I can't think of a more positive experience I have had with any company in many years. I thank you and applaud Ken and Apple Door Systems for a job well done."
