If so, you may want to consider joining the Apple Door team as one of our elite installer/ technicians! You must be mechanically inclined and have a good driving record.  We offer steady, year round employment with top pay and a great benefit package. 

Here are the salary ranges you can expect:

Residential Installer / Technician Level 1

Installs basic garage doors and openers unsupervised after successful completion of 30 day training period. $24,000 - $28,000 annual salary

Residential Installer / Technician Level 2

Must have obtained level 1 residential installer status.  Installs all types of garage doors and openers at top production levels, usually takes minimum of 90 days on the job training or prior experience.  Can also do all types of garage door repairs and framing. $28,000 - $35,000 annual salary

Residential Installer / Technician Level 3

Must have obtained level 2 residential installer status.  Installs and repairs all types of residential garage doors.  Also installs entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, replacement windows, Awnings & Solar Shading Systems .  Requires more carpentry skills than level 2.  Minimum of 12 months on the job training or prior experience required.  $35,000 - $45,000 annual salary

Commercial Installer / Technician Level 1

Must have obtained level 3 residential installer status.  Installs and repairs sectional overhead doors and electric openers.  Minimum of 1 year on the job training or prior experience.  $35,000 - $40,000 annual salary

Commercial Installer / Technician Level 2

Must have obtained level 1 commercial installer status.  Installs and repairs sectional overhead doors and electric openers.  Plus can install coiling doors, grilles and shutters.  Minimum of 18 months on the job training or prior experience.  $40,000 - $45,000 annual salary

Commerical Installer / Technician Level 3

Installs sectional and coiling doors and electric operators. Can also perform repairs and maintenance to all types of commercial overhead doors.  Can also install hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, loading dock equipment and other industrial doors.  Minimum of 36 months on the job training or prior experience.  $42,000 - $50,000 annual salary.
