APPLE DOOR OPENS 7 TH LOCATION
 Richmond , VA 6/21/07 : Apple Door Systems is pleased to announce the newest addition to its family of companies, Apple Door of Chesapeake, Inc. The company plans to begin operations on or before September 1, 2007. This will be the seventh location in Virginia . Apple Door of Chesapeake will be located at 1244 Executive Boulevard, Bldg. A, Suite 101 in the Greenbrier section of the City of Chesapeake and will service the entire South Hampton Roads area. Mr. Mark Presson , General Manager, said “we have a unique opportunity in South Hampton Roads to bring our level of professionalism and diversity of product to the marketplace. This is particularly true in the retail segment of our business.” Apple Door Systems sells and services all types of overhead, swinging and sliding doors as well as awning products for residential and commercial use. The company is in its 34 th year of operation.
Apple Door Opens Store in Newport News
Richmond, Va (April 16, 2007): Apple Door Systems is proud to announce their newest store, strategically located in the Oyster Point section of Newport News, Virginia. This location was selected to market the company's services in cities of Newport News, Poquoson, Hampton and York County. Located on route 17 near I-64 at the York County line, the new store is just a 10 minute drive from Hampton and Poquoson. Owner, Robert Heath said "this allows our customers in the Peninsula area to just drop in on their comute to and from work. We wanted to make it easier for our customers in this area to see our wide variety of access products in person." Terri Womack, a veteran of 7 years with Apple Door of Williamsburg, will manage the store. Store hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays 9:00am to noon. Enterprise Garage Doors
 Apple Door is pleased to announce our new ENTERPRISE COLLECTION , an exclusive line of high quality garage doors and openers that will bare the Apple Door label. Garage door models include The Regent , The Empire , The Liberty and The Spartan . Our garage door openers will be the Sentry and Guardian Series. These new doors are built to last and will kick off the company's new marketing initiative called "Give Your Home a Grand Entrance".
How did we pick these names? All of the garage door names are types of apples. "Regent", "Empire", " Liberty " and "Spartan" are all apples grown in various parts of the world. They also fit well with the idea of your home is your castle so each name has a certain regal tone to it. As for the garage door openers, "Sentry" and "Guardian", again pick up the "kingdom" theme but are also relevant terms to our garage door openers security and reliability.gatekeepers if you will.
As for the word " Enterprise ", it is also a type of apple but is also a reference to the strategic marketing approach we are taking with this new endeavor. For you "Trekies", it also means that we are going to "boldly go where no garage door dealer has gone before".
The new line will be phased in beginning in October and the roll out will be complete in early December. By mid 2006, all Apple Door products including entr and patio doors, storm doors, Awnings & Solar Shading Systems , pet doors, commercial and industrial access products will all be part of the Enterprise Collection, all carrying the Apple Door trademark.
