Apple Door recommends performing a thorough annual maintenance check and service of all of your garage doors, which should include the following tests and maintenance procedures. If you'd rather not do these yourself, we offer our annual Residential GoldStar Maintenance Program
GoldStar Maintenance Includes:
• 20 point inspection, testing, lubrications and routine maintenance.
• Make necessary minor adjustments as needed.
• Perform UL325 safety tests for garage door openers.
• Provide customer with written inspection and test results.
• Recommend corrective repairs or replacement as needed.
• Parts used are not included and will be billed separately.
